Am I suitable for the treatment?

The answer is very likely to be YES! As long as you are over 18 and don’t have any medical contraindications, you are suitable. Our therapist is highly experienced and can customise the treatment to suit your specific needs and concerns.

How long does the facial treatment take?

Our courses of treatment last anything between 30 and 90 minutes and our therapist will advise you depending on the treatment you have.

Which is the best facial for me?

Our therapist will discuss all aspects of your skin with you together with your objectives and expectations. Form this we will be able to advise what is best for you.

What will I feel during treatment?

Again this will depend on the treatments and technologies we use. Typically the main feeling is one of relaxation which is cooling and pain-free. If we use skin-lifting technology you may experience a slight skin-twitching sensation due to the muscle contractions caused by the treatment. However, this is normal, does not cause discomfort and should soon subside.

1. Hydro Peel/Deep Cleanse - this combines 3 solutions. An AHA based solution cleanses and smoothes the skin whilst we use a BHA solution to improve inflamed skin. The third solution nourishes and hydrates.
2. Exfoliation/Oxygenation - this creates something known as the Bohr effect allowing more oxygen into the skin. A combination of Kojic Acid and Retinol is used for a hydrating and brightening effect.
3. Oxygenation - our spray technology uses a venturi to thoroughly mix the ingredients which maximises absorption and overall skin hydration

Insufficient oxygen in the skin slows down cell metabolism, ages cells prematurely, reduces firmness and results in a pale complexion. Increasing the oxygen levels helps to improve all of these concerns.

Some bacteria cannot live in high levels of oxygen so application can create and anti-bacterial effect. This will help to minimise skin congestion.

• Skin Lifting - this treatment uses electroporation which allows rejuvenating products to enter cells more easily. This in turn wakes up dull and lifeless skin.
• Skin Tightening - we use radio frequency technology to increase collagen reproduction in mature skin. Tightening is ideal for use within an anti-ageing facial.
• Hydration - we use advanced ultrasound technology to enhance product infusion. This treatment can be used alongside the 3D-Professional Solutions Time Defence skincare range, for anti-ageing and hydration around areas where fine lines and wrinkles are likely to appear.
• Fire and Ice - ‘fire’ represents the heating element we use during therapy. Heat is used to open the pores, increase blood supply and aid infusion. Our cryo-facial uses advanced cooling technology, chilling the skin down to 5 degrees Celsius.
