The Principal is Dr Patrick Firoozford MDSc, Patrick bought the practice from Ron Tatley in 2004 and works the latter part of the week, Ron working Mondays and Tuesdays.
Patrick graduated from Copenhagen University with a Master of Dental Sciences in 1998. In 2001 Patrick completed the certificate in intensive surgical and prosthetic dental implant system in Copenhagen, and from 2006-2007 attended the Certificate course in Endodontics at UCL Eastman Dental Institute. Patrick has worked in private practices in Denmark and Norway moving to London in 2001 and working in his own general practice both there and after 2004 in Camberley. In 2006 he sold the London practice.
Patrick is particularly interested in Preventive and Paediatric dentistry and regularly attends courses to keep abreast of current thinking in all aspects of modern dentistry. Patricks relaxed and informal approach immediately puts nervous patients at their ease. Patrick is a member of Danish Dental Association, American Dental Association and British Dental Association.
After selling his London practice Patrick is enjoying living and working in the local community and after his marriage in September of this year he will be joined in Camberley by his lovely German wife Christine. Patrick enjoys movies, getting to grips with modern technology and hopes to improve his golf handicap on the excellent courses in and around Camberley.
Ron Tatley BDS graduated from the University of the Witswatersrand in South Africa in 1966. After 20 years of running his own very successful private practice in Durban South Africa Ron emigrated to the UK in 1989 and has worked in private dentistry in Camberley ever since. Preventive dentistry is Ron's passion he has taken numerous courses with top Scandinavian, American and Australian preventive specialists.
Aesthetic crown and bridge work of the highest clinical and technical standard are Ron’s other specialities.
Ron is a member of the British Dental Association and regularly attends courses to ensure he keeps up with current thinking in all aspects of dentistry.
Ron’s interests are many and varied, walking, sailing, music, art and architecture to name but a few. A committed family man Ron and his wife are practising Christians they have two married children and six grandchildren.
Charlotte Rademeyer qualified in 1988 with a BChD degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. From 1988-1994 she worked as an associate in her father's private practice in Cape Town. In 1994 she started a two year MSc degree in Paediatric Dentistry at Guy's Hospital, London.
After completing this postgraduate training, she worked as a part time lecturer at both Guy's Dental Hospital and the Eastman Dental Hospital. She also worked as an associate in two private practices, one in Holland Park and one in Bracknell. After the birth of her first daughter she continued to work as a part time associate in one of the practices, focusing on preventive, restorative and paediatric dentistry.
Charlotte joined the Camberley Dental Practice in June 2008 after the birth of her second daughter. She continues to concentrate on paediatric and preventive dentistry, as well as quality restorative and cosmetic treatment.
In her free time Charlotte enjoys literature, music, film and art. She also enjoys walking, swimming and spending time with her family.
Dorothy Chuter EDH. DIP. DHE
Our senior hygienist has worked in many different aspects of dentistry over the last 36 years, qualifying as a dental hygienist and dental health educator in 1989 from the Royal Army Dental Corps.
Dorothy has worked in a variety of practices to include Specialist implant clinics, holistic practices, community and education in schools.
Dorothy joined the practice in 1996 and is a great favourite with the patients for her gentleness and patience.
Dorothy is a skilled and dedicated endurance horse rider and competes nationwide on her advance endurance horse Hazala. Dorothy is married with two lovely daughters and has always lived locally.
Wendy Green EDH.EDT
Wendy qualified as a dental hygienist and dental therapist at St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London Hospital in 2002, Wendy has experience in Private dental practices, childrens clinics and in specialist dental practices.
Wendy joined Camberley Dental Practice in 2005 and is much liked by patients.
When not at work Wendy has many and varied interests which include travel, scuba diving, skiing and mountain biking and her much loved 1973 Mini which is regularly seen at motor shows around the country.
Carol Gray
Carol RDN qualified from St Georges in London in 1972 and has worked as a DSA consistently ever since, Carol keeps abreast of the many changes and innovations in dentistry and is always ready to tackle any challenge that may come along.
Amongst her many interests Carol lists foreign travel, her garden and alternative medicine Carol is married with a son and a step son.
Andrea Edwards
Andrea qualified in 1997 and has been at the practice for 11 years working with Ron Tatley leaving for a short time when her son was born returning to work with Ron again on Mondays and Tuesdays. Andrea is fully trained in all aspects of modern dentistry and is always abreast of changes to procedure keeping pace with the many new innovations in dentistry.
Andréa s interests include fashion, music and literature and is a welcoming happy person to encounter when entering the surgery putting patients both old and new instantly at ease with her warm gentle manner.
Pam Wright - Practice Manager
The day to day running of the practice is in the very capable hands of Pam Wright our practice manager who has over 25 years experience on the front line as head of reception and practice manager. Pam’s background includes tracing engineering drawing and architecture, Pam has lived in the local area for 25 years and has known many of the patients for all of those years.
Pam’s interests include studying antiques, gardening, arts and crafts and is currently researching her family history. Pam is married has one son and three delightful grand children.
Sarah Williams
A very valued member of the reception team is Sarah Williams .Sarah in equally at home chair side as on the front desk .Sarah has been involved in dentistry for over 20 yrs taking time out to be a Mum when her daughter was born then returning to dentistry part time. Sarah and her family are interested in good food and wine, travel and the arts.
Sheila Adams
Sheila was lured out of early retirement to work on reception Sheila has worked within the medical profession for many years over 30 of those as a practice manager.
Sheila brings excellent people skills and a wonderful warm sense of humour, her interests lie in the arts, her garden and her charity work. Sheila is a local girl always living in the Surrey area she has two beautiful daughters and four grandchildren.
